The Grand Canyon at Sunset

Bear with me here: it poured for much of the 4+ hour drive from the Hoover Dam to the GC, but as we approached the canyon the skies parted and we had a fantastic sunset

The Hoover Dam

It was about 105 degrees and we had the Grand Canyon in our crosshairs, so we didn't linger too long (then again, how much time can you really spend with a dam??)

Looked like a great place to off yourself after a bad streak in Vegas...

The volcano erupts at the Mirage...

We saw Paris and NYC in the same night

The fountains at the Bellagio were our favorite, in sequence to the Pink Panther music

Viva Las Vegas

Arriving in Vegas, we drive the strip...

Hey, even Tom Jones was in town

Then, after checking in at our hotel we began our walk down the strip at sunset.
